Network & certificates

Network & certificates

Configure proxy and TLS trust for the environments where you work without turning a development exception into a silent rule.

An API environment is not always the public internet. Lumen Flow provides network settings for working with a proxy and development certificates, keeping those details in the app and close to the execution they affect.

Proxy when the environment needs one

In Preferences, configure the mode, host, port, and, when necessary, proxy credentials. The password is treated as a secret, not decorative text in a shared setting.

Explicit trust for certificates

When an endpoint presents a certificate the system does not trust, the app lets you evaluate and record trust explicitly. This differs from disabling transport security: the decision remains visible and limited to the context that needs it.

Screens to capture

Use a fully fictional setup: public example hostname, demo port, and no password. For certificates, use a development CA made for the capture; do not show internal names, real chains, or infrastructure details.
